1. Booking Enquiry
First of all, please complete the enquiry form with as much detail as you have available to hand, especially the wedding date and venue(s).
I will reply as quickly as possible to confirm my availability and provide a quotation.

2. Phone Chat or Video Call
I'd love to hear all about your plans before you book. During our chat, I can explain how I work on the day and answer any questions you may have.
There is absolutely no obligation to book.

3. Deposit and Final Payment
If you decide to proceed with the booking, I usually ask for a small deposit of £100 within 14 days to secure your date.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The remaining balance is payable no later than one week before the wedding or event.
I will email my Terms of Agreement, which will require an electronic signature via Signable.
BACS payment details are available upon request.

4. Confirmation
Once your deposit has been received, I will confirm receipt of payment and provide confirmation of all booking details.

Public Liability Insurance
A copy of my Public Liability Insurance certificate can be provided to any venue that requires it.

Drone Filming
My drone is registered with the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). I hold the appropriate operator permissions and full insurance for drone operations.
Please note that all drone flights are subject to venue approval, weather conditions, and applicable CAA regulations.
